Calvin got started in graphic design and transitioned from print only design to web design and digital marketing in 2012.


As a managing partner in Watershed9, Calvin is involved in website production and content creation for clients in a variety of industries. Recent projects include social media animations for Que Pasa Foods, Nature's Path, video production for Love Crunch.

Rod P.

Owner/Founder, The Bark Group

Rod has over 30 years combined experience in business ownership and working with small business owners. He enjoys the satisfaction that comes with helping a business owner better understand how to manage growth through sales/marketing and empowering employees to provide excellence in customer service.


He says a business owner must learn from their mistakes and must take ownership and correct mistakes employees make.

Troy G.

Having been both in business and in the nonprofit realm, Troy has learned how to combine profitability and effective service delivery to keep the primary object as the central goal.

He will focus on improving the people within your business. They, in turn, will improve the process which will result in a better company/organization with tangible results.  His experience in people management, operational life cycle and marketing will benefit any company looking to build capacity and become more effective in meeting their purpose.

Nicole knows everything there is to learn about growing your business using social media. She helps small business owners develop their brands and grow their audience in Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, among others.

Michelle P.

Human Resources Specialist

Michelle has a long history in managing employees and companies, having owned her business, as well as working in the corporate world for many years.

She then moved into a career in the non-profit sector with a large social services agency, where she worked for five years managing all aspects of the business from HR and finance to fundraising and events. She moved on from there to take up a senior manager role within the health services industry and then to an operations director position in an international airport. Currently, Michelle is a leader at an organization with a staff of 72 and is striving to do good things to the community.

Michelle holds a PHRi designation (Professional in Human Resources - International), which is helpful when working with any organization, especially non-profit, where the greatest asset is the people.
